With over 25 years in the restaurant industry and 10 years as a restaurant owner, Latishea combines experience, passion, and creativity to craft unforgettable comfort food with a twist. A certified catering chef who studied at Penn Foster and Le Cordon Bleu, she is also an entrepreneur with studies in technology and digital business marketing at Georgia State University, along with a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Her unique blend of culinary expertise, business knowledge, and innovation fuels her vision for the future of quick service restaurants.
